Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any of our items because they are perishable goods due to food safety reasons. Even though we are careful and choose the freshest lemons, Citrus Sips will not be responsible if a lemon is spoiled, and or if the peppermint sticks may be broken. Although we carefully pack our orders, many things can happen that are out of our control during the shipping process.
Once received please inspect your order.
In the unlikely event your product arrived completely smashed and damaged, you must contact our Customer Support email within 48 hours of the Delivery date. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. You must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If the themed cups you chose are unavailable, we can send out a similar one or issue a full refund.
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Please let us know how we are doing and how we can improve.
REFUND POLICY:
Once a refund is approved the original payment, excluding the shipping charges, will be automatically refunded. Please remember it may take some time depending on your bank and/or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
